What is MDS?
​The Ministry Development School (MDS) is a two-year journey designed for those who are serious about following Jesus into deeper obedience and greater responsibility. MDS trains and equips you to become someone who carries the weight of God’s heart with integrity, humility, and boldness. At its core, MDS is about transformation: growing into a leader who doesn’t just know how to serve but knows why they serve. Whether you're stepping into local outreach, pioneering a new ministry, discipling others, or leading a team into the nations, MDS exists to stretch, refine, and strengthen you. It’s an invitation to go beyond surface-level faith and allow God to shape every part of who you are for the sake of His kingdom.
